At B.H.Leake & Sons we take pride in our ability to ensure an almost one hundred percent in house product. Our fully equipped tool room which encompasses our brand new state of the art CNC lathe is staffed by well trained and highly competent engineers.

We produce high specification CNC turned parts for heavy commercial idlers and drive rollers. Centre lathes are used to make one-off prototypes and also repair existing roller shafts to their former glory if possible. We make moulds specifically designed for our compression moulding department in liaison with that section and the customer’s particular requirements.
