Conveyor / materials handling We rubber cover and produce many different types of conveyor and materials handling rollers from gravity rollers to large furnace and heavy duty drive and idler drums. We can rubber cover aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel and polypropylene. We can rubber cover to your specification with a minimum thickness of 2mm for plain finishes. In most cases we hot vulcanise the rubber onto the bare tubes or rollers to give the greatest bonding effect but we do have the ability to cold bond in circumstances where the internals of the rollers cannot be removed.
